Welcome to the

Klamath County School District School-Based Health Center!

^{Your student can use the health center even if he or she normally sees a different medical provider in the community. We offer health care services and can work with your provider to help your student stay healthy and succeed both in and out of school. The school-based health center is open to any student in the Klamath County School District, including babies/toddlers in the Vikings Babies program and those students enrolled in Great Basin Home School and KCSD employees.}

Physical exams Sports physicals Treatment for illness or injury Immunizations Age-appropriate reproductive health Health education/ counseling/ wellness promotion Basic lab services Prescribe necessary medications Behavioral Health

If your student needs a service that is not available through the school-based health center, we can refer him/her to our main clinic, our dental clinic, or the appropriate provider.
